Shipping and Returns

Our products are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply take it back to a Koopman Lumber location. Most new, unused merchandise (with original packaging where applicable) can be refunded or exchanged with original sales receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date.

All returns require the original receipt and a valid picture ID. Items returned after 30 days may be refunded using a cash card (store credit) upon the store manager’s authorization.

Return Policy Exceptions

  • Returns for purchases made with a store gift card or reward dollars will be refunded as with the same method.
  • We will do our best to assist in producing a receipt, but returns made without a valid sales receipt may be refunded as a store gift card at the lowest advertised price.
  • Cash and cash card purchases exceeding $250.00, when accompanied by the original sales receipt, may be refunded by company check at the store managers discretion.

Merchandise that is Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable:

  • We warranty all gas powered items we sell.  These items are not returnable for refund but will be repaired if needed to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Sump pumps, shop vacuums, air conditioners, dehumidifiers or any other disaster clean up type items cannot be returned - if defective it may be repaired or exchanged.
  • Gift Cards and Cash Cards (store credit)
  • Custom cut window shades or screens
  • Custom color interior/exterior paints and exterior stain
  • Rental Equipment
