    Bluegrass
    Produces a deep green, tightly knit and finely textured lawn. Self-spreads to fill in bare spots.
    Centipede
    Medium green, medium-width grass blades. Slow, self-spreading grass.
    Kentucky 31
    Produces a medium green, wide-bladed lawn. Drought resistant with good disease tolerance. Remains green all year round.
