In the event that your tank is not fillable, we will offer a full refund. Tanks need to be in good working order, with all valves functional. Tanks may be refused for excess rust, dents (including dents in the handle and foot rings), and gouges. Tanks must be dated within 12 years of manufacture or 5 years of requalification to be filled.
