It's perfect for blustery days as well as cold-weather cooking. Constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel, the wind helmet was designed and fabricated exclusively to fit all FireDisc® cookers. And, it folds flat for portability and storage (it tucks conveniently under the FireDisc® fireman red cover). Hinges are piano-style with stainless-steel pin. Does not fit and/or work with other brands. The Wind Helmet™ will only work with FIREDISC® cookers.
